Who doesn't love tacos. These Tacos use Grilled Chicken Breast with Avocado slices and cilantro.
Fresh Chicken Breast grilled over charcoal or a gas grill is the base for these delicious tacos. Our Family prefers flour tortillas but corn would work as well. We typically use our meat tenderizer to ensure all the breast meat is approximately the same thickness. There are several marinades that can help season your chicken. We like Mesquite Chicken Marinade for its garlicy smoky flavor. Salt and Pepper the meat after pounding it to a consistent thickness. We usually put the pounded breasts into a ziplock bag with the marinade and consider it adventure ready.

Grilled Chicken Tacos
Section 1: Ingredients
Condiments are Optional, We typically let everyone build their own.
2-3 Chicken Breasts (Pounded to consistent thickness)
2-3 per Person Taco Size Flour Tortillas
1 Lime
Diced Tomatoes
Cilantro for Garnish
1 Large Fresh Avocado
Mesquite Marinade or other Marinade of choice
Salsa of Choice
Section 2: Making it Happen
Making These Tacos is pretty straight forward.
Prepare your grill. Start charcoal or heat gas grill.
Pound Chicken to an even thickness.
Place Chicken in zip lock bag with marinade and set aside
Prepare Toppings and Garnishes - Dice Tomatoes, Slice Avocado etc
Cook Chicken on Grill till done
Cut up Chicken into bite size pieces
Use Skillet to warm tortillas
Add Chicken and other toppings to tacos and enjoy.
